My Hand-Dyeing Process
I first soak the bare yarn or fiber in a water bath with citric acid to ensure that it absorbs the dye fully. After soaking, the yarn is either hand painted, speckled or placed in a tonal dye pot depending on which colorway I am creating. Once the water has returned to room temperature and the color has been set, I double rinse. Finally, I hang dry the yarn (outdoors if weather permits!). Once it is fully dry I skein by hand and label the yarn.
Returns
Please let me know right away if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, if it has been damaged in any way, or if you received the wrong item(s). I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you want to return your item, it must be returned within 10 days of receiving the package and returned in its original state to be eligible for a refund. If the yarn has been caked or unwound, a refund will not be given. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

Washing Your Yarn
I recommend handwashing all knit garments in lukewarm or cold water with your favorite wool wash, then laying flat to dry on blocking mats or a clean towel. If you do decide to wash your garment, keep in mind that although the yarn is superwash, it should always be laid flat to dry. A small amount of color bleeding may occur in the first wash, but if this continues to persist please contact me so that I can address this issue.
When will my package arrive?
All listings ship within 3-5 days from the date of your order. Example: you placed your order on Monday, so Tuesday would be day one, thus meaning that your order will ship between Thursday to Saturday. If I experience any personal delays in shipping your order, I will let you know as soon as possible. Life happens and I am only one person.
